He has worked for the renowned global firm ‘Ernst & Young’ and ‘SS Kothari Mehta & Company’ in the Audit and Assurance division. He owns expert knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard and IFRS. He assisted many listed and unlisted multinational companies to present their financial statement as per Indian Accounting Standard including assisting in carrying out an impact analysis of the first-time adoption, assisting in selecting accounting policies considering the historical and future business scenario.

He has assisted many multinational Companies in designing and developing Internal Controls. He also possesses a vast knowledge of business valuation and other event-based valuation as required under the Indian Accounting Standard and Companies Act. He has pursued valuation course from ICAI-RVO.
